Can I skip the sizing kit and just buy a set?
It is not recommended that you skip buying the sizing kit, however, if you do your press-ons will be made in the generic sizing "Large-1,5,4,5,8".
Can I file my set if it doesn't fit or cut it if it's too long?
It is not advised that you file or cut your press-on set to get a better fit and/or length as this damages the seal of the gel polish, which could result in the design peeling off or the strength of the acrylic being reduced.
What is your return policy?
No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Do you take custom orders?
We are now open to custom enquiries. Please contact us at least 7-14 days (NZ) and 21 days (International) before you need your nail set to allow for processing, handling and shipping. I will do my best to fulfill any custom enquiries received but this service is time and resource dependent. Custom sets made will be sent via overnight courier service (NZ). Custom orders will only be commenced upon receipt of payment in full.
Do I have to buy a sizing kit every time I purchase a set?
No. Your sizing kit is a one-off purchase that you make before you purchase your first custom or Made To Order set of press-ons. You can then keep this somewhere safe so you can re-enter your correct sizes when buying future sets.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship everywhere.
Why does shipping take so long?
After your order is received, we intricately hand-make your press-ons to the highest possible quality before sending them out to you. Depending on the design/shape/length, it can sometimes take longer for certain sets to be made but rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way while processing your order.
How do I enter my nail sizes?
Please enter your nail sizes in the order notes when placing your order, beginning with the thumb and ending with the pinky e.g. 1,7,6,7,9 or 0,4,5,5,8 etc. If you forget, you can send us an email at skincurenails@gmail.com
